This year\, for the first time\, Almarte will be present with our ceremonial cacao space\, cacao bar\, and community area — sharing regenerative cacao culture\, authentic human connection\, and moments of presence throughout the festival. We are currently looking for beautiful humans who would like to become part of the Almarte volunteer cr ew during the event. This is not just volunteering — it is an opportunit y to become part of an inspiring temporary community full of meaningful en counters\, creativity\, music\, nature\, learning\, celebration\, and deep human connection. We are not looking for “staff” — we are looking f or kind\, open-hearted people who genuinely want to co-create a beautiful community experience together with us during the festival. As part of the Almarte team\, you will support our cacao bar\, community area\, setup\, g uest interactions\, and festival activities with approximately one daily s hift of around 5 hours. The rest of the time\, you are free to fully enjoy the festival experience\, workshops\, concerts\, nature\, community space s\, and the magic of the gathering itself.
