    Pistachio Date Bliss Balls

    Rich, nourishing and deeply satisfying — these soft energy balls combine sweet dates, creamy cashews and crunchy salted pistachios into a decadent superfood treat. Perfect as a healthy dessert, post-workout snack or even a small nourishing meal.

    Ingredients

    • 150 g soft Medjool dates
    • 100 g roasted salted pistachios
    • 50 g cashews and/or cacao nibs
    • 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
    • 1 vanilla bean
    • A pinch of sea salt

    Chocolate Coating

    • 200 g melted Almarte ceremonial cacao or dark chocolate

    Preparation

    1. Add dates, pistachios, cashews and cacao nibs into a food processor.
    2. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and slightly chunky.
    3. Add honey, vanilla and sea salt.
    4. Blend again until a rich dough forms.
    5. Roll the mixture into medium-sized balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
    6. Melt the ceremonial cacao or chocolate gently over a water bath.
    7. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
    8. Place the coated balls onto baking paper on a plate or tray.
    9. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
    10. Put the tray into the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until the shell becomes firm.

    Tips & Variations

    • For more richness: add almond pieces or extra cacao nibs
    • For extra softness: add a spoon of coconut cream
    • For a more luxurious flavor: add a small splash of rum aroma or extra vanilla
    • For more protein: mix in hemp seeds or protein powder
