Odoo & E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Preferred: Argentina, Dominican Republic, Poland, Portugal, Germany

Working Time: ~30 hours per week

Compensation: $1,200 – $1,500 USD per month + long-term token participation

The Role

We are looking for a structured and reliable operations specialist to support the backbone of our digital systems.

Your focus will be managing our Odoo ERP and e-commerce operations, ensuring that products, orders, logistics, and reporting run smoothly across all systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, improving workflows, and bringing clarity into a growing environment. As we expand, the role may also include cross-functional operational tasks.

A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Core Responsibilities

You will take ownership of our Odoo ERP system across modules such as Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and E-Commerce. Your role includes maintaining system structure, improving workflows, and coordinating with external developers when needed.

In parallel, you will manage our e-commerce operations, including product listings, variants, and pricing across retail, B2B, and marketplaces. Ensuring data accuracy and product availability is key, with a clear focus on supporting growth in online sales.

You will coordinate marketplace activities with external partners (Amazon, Allegro) and manage our Etsy store internally, ensuring smooth synchronization with Odoo.

On the logistics side, you will maintain integrations with fulfillment partners, oversee order flow and tracking, and keep inventory aligned across systems.

You will also support B2B operations by organizing CRM data, improving quotation processes, and helping automate follow-ups.

Additionally, you will contribute to financial and structural processes by supporting reporting in Odoo, assisting with multi-company setups, and coordinating with external accountants.

Ideal Profile

You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital systems. You are able to work independently and bring clarity into complex operations.

You have experience with Odoo or a similar ERP system and understand how e-commerce operations function in practice. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Etsy, as well as system integrations, is a plus.

Why This Role Is Interesting

You will help build the operational backbone of an international regenerative organization.

At the same time, you become part of a system exploring new ways of combining business, community, and long-term value creation.

Customer Success & Sales Operations

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Preferred: Argentina, Dominican Republic, Poland, Portugal, Germany

Working Time: ~25–30 hours per week

Compensation

Base: $800 – $1,200 USD per month

+ Performance-based Success Participation:

$500 – $1,200+ additional (depending on results)

We work with a shared success model, meaning:

as you help generate and convert business, you directly participate in the value created.

High-performing team members can significantly increase their earnings through this structure.

Additionally, long-term contributors may participate in token-based upside and ecosystem growth.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and structured person to manage customer communication and actively support our sales operations across both B2C and B2B.

Your focus will be responding to customer inquiries, preparing offers, and ensuring a smooth and professional communication flow across all channels.

At the same time, this is not a purely reactive role:

you will also take initiative in reaching out to potential customers and partners, especially during periods with lower inbound demand.

You will act as a bridge between customers, internal systems, and operational processes — helping to create a seamless experience from first contact to completed order.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and combining communication with proactive sales support in a growing environment.

A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and website (B2C & B2B)
  • Prepare and send offers and quotations, especially for B2B customers
  • Follow up on open inquiries to convert them into actual orders
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers and partners (outbound communication)
  • Support lead generation and initial qualification
  • Coordinate order-related communication, including product questions and delivery timelines
  • Work closely with logistics and fulfillment partners
  • Coordinate shipments and support international delivery & export processes beyond standard flows
  • Maintain and structure customer data in CRM
  • Keep pipeline clear, organized, and up to date
  • Improve communication workflows and support overall sales process efficiency

Ideal Profile

  • Strong communication skills and structured way of working
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks in parallel
  • Comfortable with digital tools (email, CRM, messaging tools)
  • Proactive mindset — you take initiative, not just respond
  • Good sense for customer experience and relationship building
  • Fluent English required
  • German, Spanish, or Polish = strong advantage
  • Experience in customer support, sales, or operations is helpful but not required

Why This Role Is Interesting

You will play a key role in shaping how people experience Almarte — from first contact to long-term relationships.

At the same time, you become part of a growing international ecosystem that combines business, community, and regenerative values.

This is not just a support role — it is a growth role with direct impact and upside.

Community Manager & Social Media (incl. Meta Ads)

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Preferred: Argentina, Dominican Republic, Poland, Portugal, Germany

Working Time: ~15–25 hours per week

Compensation:

$600 – $1,000 USD monthly base

  • $300 – $1,000 performance-based incentives
  • long-term participation

The Role

We are looking for a creative and reliable person to manage our social media presence and help grow the Almarte community online.

Your focus will be creating, publishing, and managing content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, while also supporting growth through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

You will help translate our vision — cacao, community, and regeneration — into engaging content that resonates with people and builds real connection.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media dynamics, and wants to be part of building a conscious brand with purpose.

A sense for aesthetics, consistency, and audience engagement is essential.

Core Responsibilities

You will manage our social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent posting and aligned communication.

You will create and publish content (posts, reels, stories), either independently or in collaboration with the team and external creators.

You will plan and organize content calendars, keeping a clear structure and rhythm across all platforms.

You will engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, helping build relationships and trust.

You will set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including basic targeting, creatives, and performance tracking.

You will test and optimize campaigns over time, learning what works best for growth, engagement, and conversions.

You will collaborate with ambassadors and partners by integrating their content and supporting organic reach.

Additionally, you will contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling formats, and ways to grow the Almarte brand globally.

Ideal Profile

You are creative, structured, and comfortable working with social media platforms and content tools.

You have a good understanding of Instagram and/or TikTok, and ideally some experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager).

You have a natural sense for aesthetics, storytelling, and what resonates with audiences.

You are proactive, able to work independently, and open to experimenting and learning.

Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is a strong advantage, but not strictly required.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Why This Role Is Interesting

You will shape how Almarte is seen and felt by the world — not just as a brand, but as a movement.

You will work at the intersection of content, community, and growth, with real impact on how we expand globally.

At the same time, you become part of a system exploring new ways of combining business, community, and meaningful contribution.
