GEN Gathering in Nature Community

As an active member of the Global Ecovillage Network Europe, we are very happy and excited to once again be part of this beautiful international gathering where ecovillages, regenerative projects, changemakers, artists, healers, educators, and conscious communities from around the world come together.

This year, for the first time, Almarte will be present with our ceremonial cacao space, cacao bar, and community area — sharing regenerative cacao culture, authentic human connection, and moments of presence throughout the festival.

We are currently looking for beautiful humans who would like to become part of the Almarte volunteer crew during the event.

This is not just volunteering — it is an opportunity to become part of an inspiring temporary community full of meaningful encounters, creativity, music, nature, learning, celebration, and deep human connection.

We are not looking for “staff” — we are looking for kind, open-hearted people who genuinely want to co-create a beautiful community experience together with us during the festival.

As part of the Almarte team, you will support our cacao bar, community area, setup, guest interactions, and festival activities with approximately one daily shift of around 5 hours. The rest of the time, you are free to fully enjoy the festival experience, workshops, concerts, nature, community spaces, and the magic of the gathering itself.

In exchange, volunteers receive:

• Full access to the festival experience

• One meal per day

• A place for your own tent within our Almarte camp and community space

• Shared campfire and community vibes

• The opportunity to connect with inspiring people from all around the world

No previous experience is necessary. What matters most is openness, reliability, kindness, and the willingness to contribute with heart and presence.

Expect muddy feet, cacao moments, music under the stars, spontaneous laughter, campfire nights, meaningful conversations, and the special magic that happens when people from different parts of the world come together with openness and intention.
