Visit The Farm

Grown in a Living Ecosystem

Our cacao grows within a regenerative agroforestry and permaculture system — not as a plantation, but as part of a living forest.

Over the past 17 years, former cattle pasture has been transformed into a thriving organic ecosystem with more than 100,000 trees, including over 60,000 cacao trees.

The farm is home to a rich diversity of cacao genetics, including predominantly Criollo Cacao and Trinitario varieties, known for their complex aroma, smooth texture, and exceptional flavor profile.

Our cacao grows alongside pineapple, vanilla, pepper, coconut palms, mango, Criollo bananas, turmeric, and a wide range of native forest and rare tropical species such as zapote, guayaba, and manzana de oro.

As a highly sensitive plant, cacao absorbs the character of its environment — developing a depth of flavor shaped by biodiversity, healthy soil, and natural ecological balance.

Cultivated without synthetic chemicals and guided by organic and regenerative principles, this system helps restore the land while producing cacao of exceptional quality.

This is not extraction — it is regeneration.

Visit the Farm

Located next to Los Haitises National Park — one of the most biodiverse regions in the Caribbean — our farm is part of a rare and protected natural environment. Here, cacao is not only grown — it is experienced. Walk through the forest, share fire-prepared cacao, and connect directly with the land, the process, and the people behind it.

Daily Farm Tours

Join a guided walk through cacao forests, agroforestry zones, and natural landscapes.

We begin with fire-prepared cacao, explore the land, and share an organic meal from the farm.

Long-Term Vision: Regenerative Ecovillage

Our vision is to co-create a living ecovillage aligned with the principles of the Global Ecovillage Network and Gaia Education.

More than infrastructure, it is about cultivating a regenerative way of life — integrating nature, community, and conscious living into one system.

At its core, this vision brings together:

Regenerative Land Stewardship

Restoring ecosystems through agroforestry, permaculture, and biodiversity.

Conscious Community Living

A space built on shared values, collaboration, and awareness.

Education

  • Workshops, retreats, and real-life learning for a regenerative future.

Research

Learning from regenerative ecosystems — and how to collaborate with nature.

This is not just a place — it is a living prototype.

A model that can inspire similar projects around the world.

A space where people reconnect — with themselves, with each other, and with the Earth.
